Well, now that I got it submitted, I guess I'll explain the pic.  Bennett doesn't know Evelyn, but he's a nice, friendly dude, so he didn't mind giving her the present face to face (Benny, think you're doing Secret Delibird incorrectly...).  Evelyn was holding Vanessa when she came to the door, and the little Vulpix thought that his dreads looked like they'd be fun to pull...because babies enjoy touching/grabbing things.  I hope I made Evelyn in character here!  I was just guessing! ono
